This is the beginning.
Artificial intelligence is transforming the way companies work, think, and create. Yet most still struggle to grasp it properly. Their efforts often end with small experiments, pilot projects, or a few ChatGPT accounts.
The problem isn’t the technology itself. It’s the approach. AI isn’t just another piece of software you can simply deploy. It requires a shift in mindset — in how we design processes, integrate systems, and seek real value.
Out of this conviction, the BANDITS project was born.
Founded by Jiří Štěpánek and Kryštof Mitka, BANDITS helps companies become truly AI-first. We design and implement modular AI systems that automate routine work, accelerate creative work, and still keep humans in control. We act as both a product team and an implementation partner — guiding companies through the demanding journey from idea to reality.
Even before our official launch, Miton joined BANDITS as a founding investor. Their trust, experience, and support allow us to grow faster, aim higher, and build with a long-term vision.
Together, we want to help companies move beyond experiments and enter an era where AI isn’t an add-on — but the core principle on which modern work is built.
