Hard problems,
high standards,
real ownership. A small team that ships.
What we build
AI that survives contact with the real world.
We work in two modes. We build Lasso, our own next-generation PXM for ambitious commerce teams, and forward-deploy AI with large companies and e-shops. Different settings, same job: turn a powerful technology into something people trust and use every day.
Why here
The company we wanted to work for.
We’re a small team backed by Miton, with a real product, real clients and founders who still ship. You’ll own a whole problem rather than a slice of one, see your decisions land with customers within days, and work next to people who obsess over the quality of the result. We like to share equity through our ESOP, because people who act like owners should be rewarded like owners. If you’ve been waiting for permission somewhere else, you won’t need it here.
What we look for
The standard is deliberately high.
High agency
You don’t wait for a brief. You find the most important problem, decide, and carry it through without anyone asking you to. Ownership over hierarchy.
Great taste
You know what good looks like before anyone tells you, and you can explain why. Product, design, copy, code: the details are the work, not decoration.
Technical depth
Playing with ChatGPT is not enough. You understand systems, evaluations, test harnesses and failure modes, and the trade-offs it takes to make AI reliable rather than merely impressive.
Empathy and care
You care about the people on the other end: users, clients, teammates. You listen closely, say things plainly, and treat the quality of the final result as yours.
Range and real-world proof
You’ve worked across disciplines and can connect product, technology and business. What you’ve built and learned from counts for more than a polished CV.
Intensity when it matters
We move fast, and when something important is on the line we expect people to step up, including the occasional evening or weekend. Impact over activity.
How we think about AI
Build the system that does the work.
Instead of designing one brilliant campaign, ask how an agent could run it, how you’d test whether it’s doing the right thing, and how the loop gets better every week. The same goes for engineering: strong product judgment plus evaluation environments where agents can build, test and iterate safely. We want people who use AI as leverage, not as a shortcut.
Where you could contribute
GTM
Sales and marketing as one job: understand customers deeply, create demand, and build growth systems that agents can run.
Product engineering
Build Lasso with an obsession for product quality, design and the real workflows of commerce teams.
Forward deployment
Sit with clients, understand their messy reality, and ship AI systems that deliver measurable value in weeks.
Operations
Design the internal systems and standards that let a small team operate with unusual leverage.
Before you apply
This work demands our best.
We don’t hire from a CV. Send us the things you’ve built, whether products, projects, experiments or systems, and tell us what the problem was, what you decided, what failed and what changed because of you. If that sounds exciting rather than exhausting, we’d love to hear from you.
