1. Introduction

Welcome to BANDITS ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI automation services, applications, and related websites (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use our Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

BANDITS provides modular AI automation agents that integrate with your tools and workflows. Our AI agents process user inputs, generate outputs, and may connect with third-party systems. While we strive for accuracy, outputs are generated automatically and may not always be correct.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
• Upload or process data that you are not authorized to use.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, misleading, or illegal content.

5. User Accounts & Google OAuth

When you sign in via Google OAuth, we request only the minimum permissions necessary for authentication and service delivery. Your Google account credentials are not stored on our servers. We store only the authentication token required to keep you logged in.

6. Data Processing & GDPR

We process personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Purposes of processing include:

• Providing and improving the Service.
• Authenticating users.
• Performing analytics and usage monitoring.

Our lawful bases for processing are:

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Consent where applicable (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

7. AI Act Notice

Our Service uses AI models that perform automated reasoning, text generation, and data processing. Outputs should be reviewed before relying on them for critical decisions. We provide transparency on AI usage and do not intentionally deploy high-risk AI systems without compliance measures.

8. Intellectual Property

All Service content, code, and designs are owned by BANDITS or licensed to us. Users retain rights to their own input data and may use outputs for lawful purposes, subject to third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party tools. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Czech Republic.
